Early Morning Jogging

The best hour to have a good jogging exercise is to run early in the morning, a 20 minutes run before the sun rise.  But of course, you need to make sure you are capable for jogging.  Running is a heavy exercise which is a sure hit to loss weight and to eliminate those unfavorable bulges around your body.

I weight 64 kilos during the past 2 weeks, yet after 2 weeks of diet and daily early morning jogging of around 30 minutes, now I weight 57 kilos and a blood pressure of 110 over 70.  Today I feel more strong and healthy than ever.  I used too drink my favorite milk drink for athletes after running and does work for me.  of course, I am controlling myself not to eat that much, yet today I feel like eating those foods.  After all, I can now burn it through early morning jogging.

I tried to eat more than I used to eat on last two weeks and I gain another 1 kilo, but my jogging pacing did not change.  In fact, I feel I am getting stronger and stronger and I my muscles are starting to become firm.  I’ve lost also my bulging stomach.  For this, I will surely continue jogging.

I did have my protein milk drink concentrate to supplement some missing nutrients and I do this every after jogging and after a few more minutes I take a light breakfast.  Discipline really one thing to achieve.  You can make your stomach to become flat too.  Through early morning jogging and milk drink for athletes after jogging and I am positive, after two weeks, you will achieve your goal – to become strong and healthy too.
